Life is Sweeter with You: I am indulging in a Delightful Card Adventure today! Life’s sweetest moments are like a scoop of ice cream on a sunny day—simply delicious! And what better way to capture that joy than with a card that will bring a smile to anyone’s face? I will be sharing a cute, sweet card today. Picture Bubble Bath cardstock base with a dash of Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper. A scrumptious ice cream cone made from Pecan Pie cardstock and scoops in Lemon Lolly, Parakeet Party, and Flirty Flamingo. I’ll dive into this delectable adventure and spread some laughter and love along the way!
Before we get started, make sure you have all the necessary supplies on hand. Grab a Bubble Bath cardstock base (4 ¼ x 11), a strip of Hello Irresistible Designer Series Paper (1 ½ x 5 ¼). Some Pecan Pie cardstock for the cone (don’t worry, it’s calorie-free!). Cardstock scraps in Lemon Lolly, Parakeet Party, and Flirty Flamingo for the ice cream scoops. Oh, and don’t forget some favorite snacks to keep energy levels high! I prefer anything chocolate.

Fold the Bubble Bath cardstock in half (5 ½). This will be the foundation of the card. Don’t forget to gather your crafting crew (be it human or furry) for some extra fun and laughter along the way!
Take the strip of Hello Irresistible DSP and adhere it along the left edge of your card base. It’s like adding a burst of confetti to a celebration. I love this dot & line pattern with the subtle water colored background.

Now comes the fun part—stacking those scoops of yumminess on top of the cone! Cut out the largest ice cream scoop die from the Lemon Lolly, Parakeet Party, and Flirty Flamingo cardstock. I find using a Blending Brush, add a bit of the same color around the edges of these scoops adds a bit of dimension. Next, arrange them like a colorful tower of temptation. It’s like a game of Jenga, but way tastier! Attach the ice cream cone to your card front at an angle. Next, I added the scoops, one at a time. I tucked the first scoop so it seems to be dripping from the cone.
I am going to sprinkle Some Magic to the card. Adding some extra pizzazz and sparkle with some self-adhesive sequins. Go wild and let your creativity run free, just like sprinkles on an ice cream sundae—there’s no such thing as too much! Next, stamp the sentiment onto some Basic White in Memento Black and fussy cut it. Add this to the lower right corner of the card front.
Carrying the theme to the inside, I stamped the sentiment, adding a cherry for some whimsy.
