Let’s Make a Christmas Card that’s Quick to Duplicate

Let’s make a Christmas Card to beat the rush. When the holiday season gets busy, it’s nice to have a handmade card design that’s both festive and quick to duplicate. Today, I’m sharing a Christmas card that combines timeless style with country charm. The best part? Once you make one, you’ll want to make a whole stack!

This design uses the Joyful Tidings stamp set paired with the Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes. The soft green plaid background sets the tone for a traditional country feel—something that instantly makes you think of cozy winter nights, pine wreaths, and simple holiday traditions.

Let's Make a Christmas Card

Why You’ll Love This Quick Christmas Card

There’s something so special about keeping your holiday crafting simple yet meaningful. This Let’s Make a Christmas Card project checks all the boxes:

  • Quick to duplicate – great for when you need a stack of cards for family, friends, or co-workers.
  • Traditional & country-inspired – with plaid, wreaths, and greenery, this design never goes out of style.
  • Customizable – change the bow, add more berries, or swap the sentiment for a slightly different look each time.

And don’t forget the envelopes! The Christmas Greetings Mix & Match Cards & Envelopes (#165908) make it easy to carry the design through, giving your recipients a peek at something special before they even open the card.

Let’s Make a Christmas Card Together

The layers on this card are what bring it to life without making it complicated. I started with a Garden Green panel (4-3/4″ x 3-1/2″), followed by a Soft Sea layer (4-1/2″ x 3-1/4″), and finally a Basic White piece (4-1/4″ x 3″) for stamping. By stacking the greens with the crisp white, the whole project feels balanced and fresh.

The wreath itself is built using the Joyful Tidings stamp set (165944). This is the stamp set I am using in this month’s, Magic of Heat Embossing with Fun Folds. (Check out the details here.) I stamped the greenery in rich holiday tones, then added dimension with the Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries (164119). These little accents make the wreath feel like something you’d hang right on your front door. A touch of Mossy Meadow & Gold Trim (166158) tied into a bow finishes the look, adding just enough sparkle without taking away from the rustic, homey vibe.

And here’s the best part—this design is easy to repeat! Once you cut your layers and prep your envelopes, you can stamp, layer, and embellish in a rhythm that makes creating multiples fun and stress-free.

Try It for Your Holiday Cards

If you’re looking for a festive design that feels like Christmas at its coziest, this project is the perfect fit. Gather your Joyful Tidings stamps, plaid cards and envelopes, Garden Green, Soft Sea, Basic White cardstock, Mossy Meadow & Gold Trim, and Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries, and you’ll be ready to make cards that are quick, classic, and full of holiday cheer.

So, grab your supplies, turn on your favorite holiday tunes, and let’s make a Christmas card (or ten)! This is one project you’ll be glad to have in your holiday lineup.

Until we meet again. . .
