A special card using the Everybunny Stamp set

What makes  this Everybunny Easter card so special? That cute little bunny sitting in the egg is peeking through  larger egg in the card front! This egg window was created with our extra-large oval punch. Oh my gosh! It just hit me looking at this card. It reminds me of those sugar eggs I helped my mom create when I was a little girl! I remember helping her crate the scenes inside the eggs she so delicately created with sugar in an egg form, piped icing on the seams and added flowers to the tops and around the opening. I think I will add some elements to this card to create a sugar egg and share it with you next week. Now for the card at hand.   Easter card made with Everybunny stamps set

This is a picture of the card closed. See how that little cutie looks like he is just sitting on the card front? I gave the images depth by water coloring a Bashful Blue wash around the images to create shadows. This also helps to give them dimension.

This final picture is of the inside of the card before I add writing to it.

Now that I look at it he looks lonely sitting in there all by his little lonesome. I will definately be adding something here too. Makes you just want to reach out and give him a little bunny hug, doesn’t it?
