Since I’ve moved my supply of thank you cards has gotten really low so I’ve been using thank you, as a verse, a lot. Please remember that you can change the verse in any card to whatever your needs are. Here’s a card that I will be creating several of, with different color combinations that I will be pulling from the Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper. Did you know that the colors that coordinate are listed by the Designer Papers (DSP) in the catalog? The colors that coordinate in the Birthday Basics DSP are; Basic Gray, Bermuda Bay, Crisp Cantaloupe, Gumball Green, Raspberry Ripple, Summer Starfruit & Very Vanilla. By using the same paper but different color combinations it will result in different looking cards! One thing I love about using Stampin’ Up! products, they make it so easy to create cards quickly because of their coordinating products .
I can already hear some of you now as you look at the supply list, “Judi, I can’t find the Burlap ribbon you used.” Well it is found on page 18 in the Holiday Catalog. I know. It says it’s 1 ¼” wide and the burlap ribbon on my card doesn’t look that wide. Well, it’s not. I cut it in half so each piece measures ¾” x 1 ½” long. Wowsers . . . a great tip to save money on our stamping and crafting supplies!
