I was up for the challenge! Vintage Vogue is just another one of my favorite stamp sets and was just the logical remedy for me. I was preparing a few projects for an upcoming event and mistakingly had not put a retired set in it's proper place. Yep, you guessed it! I designed a 2-page layout and a card using this retired set!! Ughhhhhh…. While the layout ism't such a big deal, I had cut all the pieces for the card and now had to find a set thaat would accomodate these. Funny thing is, I probably would never had picked this color combination for Vintage Vogue but I love the outcome! See, I keep telling you there are no mistakes in stamping and this card proves it.

Stamps: Vintage Vogue
# 117690(w) #118598(c)
Inks: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze
Paper: Old Olive, Very Vanilla
Misc: Stampin' Sponge, 1/2" Peach Parfait stitched poly ribbon, Antique Brads, Sticky Strip, Stampin' Dimensionals
I stamped the "F" in Cajun Craze directly onto the Very Vanilla cs then a second time in Pumpkin Pie onto a scrap piece of Very Vanilla. I cut out the Pumpkin Pie "F" and popped it up over the Cajun Craze "F" with Dimensionals. It is hard to tell in this scan but the "friends" along the side of the "F" is Cajun Craze. All sponging was done in Cajun Craze.
The ribbon is 6" long and has 2 ruffles on the left side.
