Meet the new In-Colors for the June ICS Blog Hop

Meet the new In-Colors is our theme for the June ICS Blog Hop. For this challenge we are creating projects using the new five, 2022-2024 In-Colors. The names of these colors are; Orchid Oasis, Parakeet Party, Starry Sky, Sweet Sorbet, And Tahitian Tide. These five colors are to bright and cheery brightening any project!

Each year Stampi’ Up! introduces five new In-Colors. These colors are on-trend and fill color gaps in our standard colors families. These In-Colors will be in our color line up for two years. Don’t count them out when it’s time to say good-bye, you may see them reappear when we do a color refresh in the future.

Meet the new In-Colors, Parakeet Party, and Starry Sky.

You will find that sveral of our Packages of Designer Series Paper (DSP) include the new In-colors in their color pallette. I have chosen to use Butterfly Kisses DSP (#159112) in today’s project.

The new In-Colors that you will find in this package of 6×6 DSP are; Parakeet Party and Starry Sky. The other colors in this paper are; Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, and Fresh Fressia. Just look at those bright patterns!

Putting a spin on my project, I didn’t use the coordinating products found in the Butterfly Kisses Suite (#159124). Instead, I’m using the fun Sunny Splash stamp set (#158784).

My card has several layers to it and is called a bridge card. I have attached the sentiment onto the strip of Window Sheet that connects the two outside strips. This lifts to to reveal that the center strip is separate. You can see the layers and this special fold better in this side view. The 2022-2024 In-Colors that I used are, Starry Sky and Sweet Sorbet. While Sweet Sorbet isn’t in the color palette of the Designer Series Paper, it works on my card. I did use Crshed Curry also. Here is what the inside looks like~
