Easy DIY Spring Floral Card designs are one of my favorite ways to welcome the new season into my stamping studio. Soft florals, fresh colors, and a little ribbon detail can instantly brighten your crafting table—and your mood.
For this card, I combined the Pretty Florals Stamp Set (165177) with the sweet butterflies from the Easter Basket Stamp Set (166940). To create that soft background layer, I used a card from the Days Like This Memories and More Card Pack (166911). Mixing stamp sets with Memories & More cards is such an easy way to build depth without extra bulk.

The color palette feels fresh and cheerful. I stamped the flowers in Flirty Flamingo Ink, added leaves in Garden Green, and used Memento Black for the sentiment and butterfly details. The soft blue background gives the florals room to shine while keeping the design light and airy.
Measurements:
Flirty Flamingo Card Base: 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
Pool Party Layer: 4″ x 5 1/4″
Basic White Layer: 3 9/16″ x 4 9/16″
These layered dimensions create a clean frame that keeps the eye focused on the floral focal point.
Easy DIY Spring Floral Card Details That Make It Special
What really elevates this card is the layering. The Memories & More card becomes the soft background panel. The stamped florals anchor the lower half of the design. Then the butterflies add movement near the top, drawing your eye upward.
And let’s talk about that ribbon.
The Darling Duckling Ribbon (165272) adds the perfect pop of contrast. Yellow against coral and soft blue feels bright but not overpowering. Tying it across the lower third of the card grounds the design and adds texture without overwhelming the florals.
This card is proof that you don’t need complicated techniques to create something polished. Clean layers. Coordinated colors. Thoughtful placement.
If you have these products in your collection, I encourage you to mix them together. Don’t keep stamp sets in separate boxes mentally. Combine them. Let the butterflies visit different florals. That’s how creativity grows.

Every stamp tells a story—and this one says hello, spring.
