I’m Celebrating Christmas in July this week to help others have a less stressful holiday season this year. I am sharing some ideas for a variety of occassions that arise during the months leading up to the holidays.
It’s never too early to start preparing for the upcoming holidays. No, I don’t start pulling out the decorations yet. But, I do find that it is a lot less stressful when I begin my planning as early as July. I will begin my holiday themed cards. With the release of our July – December Mini Catalog I find it a good time to begin planning. Looking through the catalog I choose a few stamp sets and products I want to work with.
I plan out my purchases and then begin designing a few cards that are suitable for a variety of sentiments. Now I can budget my time to create a certain number of cards each week. I love Christmas music so I create in my studio listening to, yes, Christmas music!
