Always in My Heart stamp set is perfect for anniversary, wedding, and other celebrations of love.

I have a dear friend who is celebrating a special wedding anniversary this year. Remembering that she loves my cards her husband called me. He asked if I would make a special card for her, from him.

How exciting! Ideas were running through my head. Ok, settle down and concentrate. Where to begin? Let’s begin by thinking about their wedding.

I attended their wedding several years ago. I remembered that the bridesmaid’s dresses were a golden yellow. Because of this memory I included Crushed Curry in the card.

I knew that the Always in My Heart stamp set would be perfect for this special card!

I achieved an added touch by using the coordinating Floral Heart Dies. Because of layering the Crushed Curry on top of Daffodil Delight the flowers have a golden feel to them. This element reminds me of the white and yellow flowers in the bouquets.

I used a gray sheet from the Simply Marbelous paper stack for the background. This replicates the gray of the suits worn by the groomsmen and the ribbons tucked into the flowers.

As you can see, the Always in My Heart stamp set makes for a beautiful anniversary card for a special friend.
