The Waves of the Ocean is a sound that I love listening to. I just love to lay on the beach or floating in the ocean and listening to the rolling sounds. Because of the continuing pattern I can fall asleep listening to the sound.
I also love to watch the waves as they crash on a reef or beach. It is amazing how they seem to bubble up the beach like fingers tapping on a table. The tiny bubbles are their final act before another comes to take its place.
Floating in a boat or on a raft, the waves can also gently rock you to gently to sleep. I think this is the reason I sleep so well when we are on a cruise.

Creating cards with the Waves of the Ocean Suite Collection is fun. The detailed wave will bring back those memories of the beach and ocean. And the realistic image of the pelican on a post and the flying bird will bring back the sounds of the birds flying overhead.
It was all of the above that got my creative juices flowing. I also incorporated the Faux Sea Glass Shapes and Pebble Enamel Shapes into this step card.
The designer series paper is like none we have ever had! This paper was created with hand-poured paint. The colors and imagery can be used for sky, beach, or sea. Here is a side view of my card.
