Birthdays, everyone has one and nothing says someone is special like a home made card. or a specially created memory page. We are celebrating birthdays in our Stampers By the Dozen Hop this month. If you are coming from Laura’s project, welcome! Didn’t you just love her project?
I used the Birthday Cheer Stamp Set (148604) to create a two page memory layout. Not everyone has a memory book so I will often put a picture or two of my pages and frame separately to give as gifts for those hard to buy for special people in my life. This adds a special touch to those photos you want to give.
This first page is made to highlight a larger special picture, or a few smaller ones. You could also choose to add a few smaller pictures around the larger picture. You can add a title if you wish or just leave it as is. I stamped the gifts in Memento ink and colored them with our Bermuda Bay (144600), Highland Heather (147276), & Lovely Lipstick (147281) Blends to coordinate with the How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper (148568).
This second page has the same packages as the first and added a dimensional element by using the Detailed Birthday Edgelit Dies with pieces of coordinating cardstock tucked behind. The verse in the Birthday Cheer stamp set makes a perfect title for this page.
Let’s see what Susan has made for you this month.
